Meet your bank in person

One of the key benefits of a banking hub is direct access to your own bank. On select weekdays a different bank's community banker visits Ryde Banking Hub and is available for face-to-face appointments in a private space, covering account management, payments, transfers, and help with online banking.

Counter cash services remain available to customers of all major banks and building societies every weekday, regardless of which banker is in that day.
